• Maintain the security of your password and account

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions

Certain Services may require payment. By subscribing to paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORVND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
